LORI SEIFERT PRESIDENT Lori Seifert founded TeleDynamic Resources in 1996. With more than 20 years in the telecommunications industry, Lori provides hands-on leadership and tangible experience to our company’s many prestigious clients. She has coordinated a wide variety of small to large telephone and voice mail installations across the United States and Canada. Prior to founding TDR, Lori began her career with Frontier (formerly Centel), worked for Nextiraone, then as Midwest Regional Manager for FT Training Group.
Lori holds an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia College, St. Paul, MN. Lori also played a strong role in entrepreneurial groups with a membership in NAWBO and mentoring programs for the University of Minnesota’s Carlson College and Menttium. Lori memberships has included Minnesota Telephone Association, NCNUA Nortel users group and the Cisco AVVID/IP Telephony Users Group.

ANDREW MANTIFEL VICE PRESIDENT Andrew’s 20-year background in telecom provides both technical and sales and marketing benefits to TDR. In his position as Account Executive for AT&T, he provided customers with the latest technology in data transportation. During his role as Technical Consultant at AT&T and MCI, Andrew helped customers in the design of voice and data transport. As an IS Manager at Doherty Employment Group, he managed voice and data networks, installing and maintaining a Nortel Option 61 for over 14 years.
Andrew has been a member of the Minnesota Telephone Association, NCNUA Nortel users group and the Cisco AVVID/IP Telephony Users Group.
